The Algund bouldering area is legendary and lies almost around the corner. Grippy gneiss, boulders in the forest, and routes for every level.
Take the chairlift to Vellau, continue with the basket lift, and you are right on the famous Meraner Höhenweg. Postcard panorama without hard climbs.
Take the cable car to Aschbach, continue to Vigiljoch: old larches, quiet paths, chapel & views. Pure nature.
One of the most impressive waterfalls in the Meran region. Depending on your mood, plannable as a walk, small hike, or day tour.
