"Small house, big heart."
This is how we love to describe Steinegg. You live quietly in Algund, Meran is just a few minutes away, and the Algund Waalweg is practically at your doorstep.
Our garden invites you to linger in the Mediterranean-Alpine fresh air.
On your private balcony, it means: shoes off, enjoy the view, and arrive – completely in your own privacy.
The name isn't a coincidence. During construction, there was a lot of rock here; a large stone always stood at the corner of the house, marking the entrance like a small landmark.
In the family, the "stone at the corner" (Stein am Eck) was so defining that the house became "Steinegg", a name that has remained.
Steinegg was built in the 1960s, by hand, step by step. Later, we carefully modernized it: first the garden, then the facade, and finally the apartments.
We did a lot together as a family. Thus, a house has grown that is new yet familiar.
